Meena wed computer engineer Vidhyasagar residing from Bangalore on 12 July 2009. The Meena wedding engagement already took place before two days confidentially. The wedding took place at the holy town of Tirupati.

Actress Meena has acted films like ‘Oru Pudhiya Geethai’, ‘Idhaya Oonjal’ etc. Meena has also acted in television serials and become popular as heroine only through ‘Enn Rasavin Manasilaey’ paired with Rajkiran later emerged number one heroine in Tamil through ‘Yejamaan’ with Rajini Kanth geared to the peak in her career.Meena has acted in films produced in various languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
