Popular comedian Mayilsamy’s son will soon be making his debut as an actor. A formal announcement will be made soon, says the actor-television anchor.

“My son Arumai Nayakam aka Nandhu has been evincing keen interest to don the greasepaint and has been learning acting and martial arts for some time,” says Mayilsamy.

He adds: “It was Kamal Haasan who named my son Arumai Nayakam. He also suggested that I introduce him in films. I am happy that one more member of my family will soon become my colleague.”

Mayilsamy is confident that his son would shine as an actor, who can do different roles. Let’s hope for the best.
